Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using EU·Now, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

EU·Now is an online platform for preparing for EPSO (European Personnel Selection Office) competitions. We provide practice questions, AI-powered essay evaluation, an AI tutor, study planning tools, and exam simulations.

EU·Now is not affiliated with EPSO or any EU institution. Our questions are generated and verified independently. We do not guarantee exam success.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One person per account; accounts are non-transferable
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Free tier — limited access, no payment required
  • CAST Ready — €9.99/month, full reasoning test access
  • AD / AST — €19.99/month, all features including essay and specialist content
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month
  • You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days
  • No refunds for partial months after the 14-day cooling-off period

5. 14-day cooling-off period

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. To exercise this right, email hello@eu-now.com with your account email and "cancel within cooling-off period" in the subject line.

6. AI features

Essay evaluation and the AI tutor (EUgenio) use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude). By using these features, you consent to your text being processed by Anthropic. See our Privacy Policy section 4 for details.

  • AI evaluations are indicative and do not represent official EPSO scoring
  • AI-generated feedback may contain errors; use your own judgment
  • Do not submit personal or sensitive information in essays or tutor chats

7. Content and intellectual property

  • All platform content (questions, explanations, articles) is owned by EU·Now
  • You may not copy, distribute, or sell our questions or content
  • Essays you write remain your intellectual property
  • By submitting essays, you grant us a license to process them for evaluation purposes only

8. Prohibited use

  • Sharing your account credentials with others
  • Scraping, automating, or bulk-downloading content
  • Reverse-engineering the platform or AI systems
  • Using the platform for any purpose other than EPSO preparation
  • Submitting offensive, illegal, or harmful content

9. Limitation of liability

EU·Now provides educational preparation tools on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Exam success or specific scores
  • Accuracy of AI evaluations
  • Uninterrupted availability of the platform
  • That our content matches the exact format of future EPSO exams

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is removed within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
